Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders placed on Master G Organics are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation, except where noted below for Store Pickup orders. You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Within India

• Free Delivery: Orders with a cart value of ₹999 or more ship free anywhere in India.
• Below ₹999: A shipping charge of ₹100 per kg applies, calculated on the total weight of your order (rounded up to the next full kg).

International Shipping

For orders shipping outside India, charges are calculated by parcel weight only (cart value does not apply):

International delivery timelines vary by destination country and customs clearance, typically 7–21 business days.

Store Pickup

Customers may choose to collect their order directly from our facility at no charge, regardless of order value. Pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours of order confirmation — you will be notified once it's ready.

Delays & Exceptions

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier network disruptions, weather, regional restrictions, or public holidays. We'll keep you informed if your order is affected.
